Alexandra Lim Saw Sim

Alexandra Lim Saw Sim graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2010.

She began her legal career with the Attorney General’s Chambers of Malaysia, serving as a Deputy Public Prosecutor in Kedah and Penang from November 2010 to November 2020. She subsequently served with the Legal Aid Department before establishing her own practice in 2024.

Alexandra has been involved in legal aid and public service work and has served as legal counsel for the National Legal Aid Foundation (YBGK), the Bar Council Legal Aid Centre, and as a panel lawyer for the Legal Aid Department. She has also acted as court-appointed counsel in capital punishment cases.

Her professional recognition includes the Excellent Service Award 2017 during her service with the Attorney General’s Chambers and the Ten Outstanding Penang Youth Award 2024.

Beyond legal practice, Alexandra is actively involved in community initiatives and has served in various organisations, including Lions Clubs International. She also participated in initiatives such as the Penang Women’s Assembly 2024.

林泋希律师于2010年毕业于马来西亚国民大学（UKM）法律系，取得法学学士荣誉学位（LL.B (Hons)）。

她于2010年11月加入马来西亚总检察署（Attorney General’s Chambers of Malaysia）展开法律职业生涯，并于2010年11月至2020年11月期间在吉打州及槟城担任副检察司（Deputy Public Prosecutor）。其后，她曾于法律援助局（Legal Aid Department）任职，并于2024年创立自己的律师事务所。

林律师积极参与法律援助及公共服务工作，曾担任国家法律援助基金会（YBGK）及马来西亚律师公会法律援助中心的法律顾问，并担任法律援助局的委任律师及死刑案件的法院委任律师。

她曾于马来西亚总检察署任职期间获得2017年卓越服务奖（Excellent Service Award），并于2024年获得槟城十大杰出青年奖（Ten Outstanding Penang Youth Award）。

除法律工作外，她也积极参与社区活动，并曾参与包括国际狮子会（Lions Clubs International）在内的多个组织及社区倡议。

林泋希律师

Choo Hueay Ting

Choo Hueay Ting graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons) from Universiti Malaya in 2009 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2011. She has extensive experience in criminal prosecution, legal aid, civil matters and public service.

She began her legal career with the Attorney General’s Chambers of Malaysia, serving as a Deputy Public Prosecutor in Selangor and Putrajaya, and subsequently in Penang. She later served with the Penang Legal Aid Department, progressing from Assistant Director and Head of the Civil Unit to Director of the Penang Legal Aid Department.

She also served as Federal Counsel for the State of Penang and as a Magistrate with the Chief Registrar’s Office of the Federal Court of Malaysia.

Choo Hueay Ting has been an accredited mediator with the Malaysian International Mediation Centre (MIMC) since 2015 and has served as a panel lawyer for the Legal Aid Department since 2024. She is also a co-founder of Messrs Alexandra Lim, Choo & Co.

Her professional recognition includes the Excellent Service Awards (Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang) received from the Attorney General’s Chambers in 2011 and 2012, and from the Legal Aid Department in 2022.

朱惠婷律师于2009年毕业于马来亚大学（Universiti Malaya），取得法学学士荣誉学位（LL.B (Hons)），并于2011年获准成为马来亚高等法院执业律师（Advocate & Solicitor）。她拥有丰富的刑事检控、法律援助、民事事务及公共服务经验。

朱律师早期于马来西亚总检察署任职副检察司，先后在雪兰莪州、布城及槟城处理刑事案件。其后，她加入槟城法律援助局，历任助理主任及民事组主任，并进一步担任槟城法律援助局局长。

此外，她亦曾担任槟城州联邦法律顾问（Federal Counsel），并于2023年在马来西亚联邦法院首席注册官办公室担任推事（Magistrate）。

朱律师自2015年起成为马来西亚国际调解中心（MIMC）认可调解员，并自2024年起担任法律援助局委任律师（Panel Lawyer）。现为Alexandra Lim, Choo & Co. 联合创办人之一。

她曾于2011年及2012年获得马来西亚总检察署卓越服务奖（Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang），并于2022年获得法律援助局卓越服务奖。

朱惠婷律师

Loke Wei Jian

Loke Wei Jian is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and a graduate of Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). His practice covers both dispute resolution and legal advisory work.

His areas of practice include employment and industrial law, civil litigation, injunctions, personal injury claims, company and shareholder matters, defamation, harassment-related disputes, and society law.

Prior to joining Alexandra Lim Choo & Co., Wei Jian practised with several law firms, where he developed experience in handling a broad range of contentious matters. He subsequently served as an in-house lawyer for a public listed company in Penang, where he advised the Chief Executive Officer and was involved in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, with a focus on legal risk management and commercial considerations.

During his university years, Wei Jian actively participated in mooting competitions and was a university mooting champion in 2019. He has also participated in debate competitions, including winning a championship and Best Debater Award. His experience in mooting and debating has contributed to his advocacy, analytical and communication skills.

陆伟健律师为马来亚高等法院执业律师，毕业于马来西亚北方大学（UUM），主要处理争议解决及法律咨询事务。

其执业领域包括就业及工业法、民事诉讼、禁制令、个人伤害索赔、公司及股东事务、诽谤、骚扰相关纠纷及社团法等。

加入本所之前，他曾于不同律师事务所执业，累积处理各类争议事务的经验。其后，陆律师曾担任一家位于槟城的上市公司的内部法律顾问，直接为公司首席执行官提供法律意见，并负责起草及审阅各类商业协议，尤其关注法律风险管理及商业目标之间的平衡。

在大学期间，陆律师积极参与模拟法庭比赛，并于2019年获得大学模拟法庭比赛冠军。他亦曾参与辩论比赛，并获得冠军及最佳辩手奖（Best Debater Award）。这些经历进一步培养了其诉讼陈词、分析及沟通能力。

陆伟健律师

Ch’ng Mei Yin

Ch'ng Mei Yin is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM).

Mei Yin has several years of legal practice experience, with a focus on conveyancing, banking and finance, estate administration, and probate matters.

Her experience includes handling property sub-sales, property development transactions, tenancy agreements, conventional and Islamic financing documentation, wills, and applications relating to the administration and distribution of deceased estates.

She has also assisted with applications for Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, small estate distributions, vesting orders, and orders for sale.

Her work involves liaising with clients, developers, financial institutions, real estate agents, the Inland Revenue Board, Land Offices, and other relevant authorities in connection with legal transactions and applications.

庄美莹律师为马来亚高等法院执业律师，毕业于马来西亚北方大学（UUM）法律系，取得法学学士荣誉学位（Bachelor of Laws (Honours)）。她拥有数年的法律执业经验，主要处理房地产转让、银行与金融、遗产管理及遗嘱认证等事务。

她曾处理房地产转售、房地产发展项目、租赁协议、传统及伊斯兰金融融资文件、遗嘱，以及与已故人士遗产管理及分配有关的申请。

她亦参与处理遗嘱认证书（Grant of Probate）、遗产管理书（Letters of Administration）、小额遗产分配、Vesting Order 及法院售卖令（Order for Sale）等申请。

在执业过程中，她亦负责与客户、发展商、金融机构、房地产代理、内陆税收局、土地局及其他相关机构进行沟通及协调。
